​Scheduling:

Appointments can be scheduled via online submission. We will make every effort to choose the best time of day based on weather conditions; however, it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility to ensure favorable conditions at the scheduled time. New Venture Media reserves the right to adjust appointment times to best serve our clients. If changes are necessary, we will notify you through a phone call, text, or email.

Travel and Parking Charges:

Travel is included for appointments within 120 miles round trip. Beyond this distance, a fee of $1.00 per mile will be charged. Travel is calculated from the photographer’s starting location. We aim to minimize travel fees by efficiently scheduling our team. If parking fees are incurred, we will seek the most cost-effective option and bill the Client directly.

Payments:

Full payment is required before the delivery of marketing assets. The 24-hour turnaround time begins once the invoice is paid in full. Delays in payment will result in delayed delivery of assets.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. A $200 cancellation fee applies for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-shows (30 minutes after the scheduled booking time) will also be charged a $200 cancellation fee.

 

Filming/Photography:

New Venture Media maintains creative discretion over compositions, which rooms to capture, and the number of photos per room unless specific requests are made in advance. If additional photos or different angles are needed after the shoot, a second visit will incur additional charges.

 

Liability and Insurance:

New Venture Media is covered by a $2M general business liability policy, available upon request. Our drone operators are FAA-licensed. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., adverse weather or proximity to restricted airspace).

 

Property Readiness:

Properties must be shoot-ready upon our team’s arrival. You will receive a Pre-Shoot Checklist with your appointment confirmation. Please communicate with property owners and ensure all preparations are completed before our team arrives. New Venture Media is not responsible for moving, cleaning, or staging items. Properties will be photographed“AS-IS.” We are not liable for securing doors, windows, or other access points before departure.

 

Return Charges:

If a reshoot is needed due to property unpreparedness, changes in decor, or requests for additional photos/videos beyond the original scope, a $150 fee will apply. New Venture Media reserves the right to charge this fee at its discretion.

 

Asset Delivery:

Photography is typically delivered within 24 hours of the appointment, and video production is delivered within 2-5 business days. Deliverables will be sent via a download link.

For rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Standard delivery is 2-3 days.

 

Floor Plans:

Floor plans and square footage estimates are approximate. They are intended as visual overviews and not for precise measurements. New Venture Media uses third-party tools for floor plans and cannot guarantee accuracy.

 

Refunds:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Canceled appointments with prior payment are eligible for a credit on your New Venture Media account, including retainers.

 

Photography Revisions:

Standard retouching is included in the pricing. Additional Photoshop edits will be billed at $20 per photo.

 

Video Revisions:

Videos delivered are considered final versions. Revisions are only accepted if an error is made on our part. Music choices are final unless a specific selection is provided beforehand. Any post-delivery changes will be billed at $60 per hour.

 

Matterport:

Matterport spaces are hosted on New Venture Media’s account for four months from the appointment date. Additional hosting for six months is available for $50. Clients can opt to create their own Matterport account, and we will transfer the space for continued hosting.

 

Asset Rights and License:

All photos and videos produced by New Venture Media, including copyrights and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of New Venture Media. Clients receive a limited license to publicly display and distribute these assets solely for promotional advertising related to the sale of the property. This license is for single-use only, and the assets may not be duplicated, edited, transformed, or sold to any third party without written consent from New Venture Media.
